Ubiquitous Obsolescence
On display at Unbound Visual Arts in Brighton, this lamp is created with the combination of a found lamp and salvaged coffee bags. Thinking about how single use items are ubiquitous in our society, I stumbled on a dandelion globe casting an interesting shadow, and the alchemy of imagination, a call for entries, and materials from my regular coffee shop coalesced into this project: a dandelion lamp that casts imagination for re-use alongside mystical shadows….Ubiquitous ObsolescenceFiber Arts
